Classes

I would describe my style as primarily Hatha with a little Vinyasa thrown in. My classes are more or less accessible to people of all levels. I show modifications as well as more advanced variations of many of the poses, and I encourage participants to stay at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and let their body and breath guide them.
