The 2nd I'm calling "Dive Deeper"

(This class will either be via Zoom or In-Person.)

We will go deeper into yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work),

meditation techniques, journaling strategies,...

This is for you if you are looking to deepen your knowledge & practice of yoga & the Yoga lifestyle!!

(Classes are also done via Zoom if you can't be there in person.
