TIER 1:

(Classes are recorded & sent to you so you have them FOREVER!)

* Self-Care Tips, Weekly Journal Prompts, Healthy Recipes, Inspiring Quotes throughout the Month

Energy Exchange: 

Annual- $15/month + tax…

1 time payment $180 + tax= $191.43

TIER 2:

* Monthly Recorded Guided Meditations- The 1st of every month

* TWO Monthly Classes- 1 will be our IN-PERSON Yoga Class that will reflect the Theme of the month.

The 2nd I'm calling "Dive Deeper"

(This class will either be via Zoom or In-Person.)

We will go deeper into yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work), meditation techniques, journaling strategies,...

This is for you if you are looking to deepen your knowledge & practice of yoga & the Yoga lifestyle!!

(Classes are also done via Zoom if you can't be there in person.

$299/year + tax= $317.99

** If you currently are a Member and want to upgrade to a Tier 2 Membership, just pay the difference!

So for Members who began their Membership Jan 1, 2023,

 you'd pay $89.28+ tax ($95.08) for the remaining 9 months of the year.

If Tier 1 Members want to join an IN-PERSON Member class, it's $20/class.

Monthly Membership:

$47/Month + tax= $49.98

(Includes all perks of the Tier 2 Membership for the month you are a Member.)
