& if you are looking for a community of like-minded people.

* TWO Monthly Classes (same day)- 1 will be our IN-PERSON Yoga Class

that will reflect the Theme of the month.

The 2nd I'm calling "Dive Deeper"

We will go "deeper" into yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work),

meditation techniques, journaling strategies,...

(Classes are also done via Zoom if you can't be there in person.
